Harrison Blvd should be renamed Harrison Obstacle Course. The new “traffic pattern” is a joke. It’s impossible to see the markings on the street when it’s dark and raining. What will it be like even in the daylight when the street is snow covered? The sign asking drivers to exercise caution should be changed to “Drive at your own risk.”
