The Utah Legislature repeatedly disregards the will of the Voters, with a ‘We know Best Attitude’. The next Initiative, if passed, should take away the Legislatures’ power to modify voter passed Initiatives, including modifying this proposed Initiative.

Also the voters should not take the bait to grant the Legislature more powers for any promised tax cuts. The Legislatures’ power should only be reduced.
