Editor, my opinion on a few subjects! Good for Colorado to ban Trump from being on the ballot under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause! Article 11 Section 1 of said Constitution says a person “who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years” can’t be President! Amendment XIV Section 3 says No person shall be a Senator or elector of President who has previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same! Neither the age restriction or the insurrection require a conviction in a court of law! Trump still seems to be contributing to the insurrection by telling the lie that he won the 2020 election and there was massive voter fraud! Both of these statements are lies! He is a self confessed sexual predator and is unworthy of stumbling through another four years as President! There are lots of good, honest Republicans in Utah! Why do we keep electing U.S. Representatives who voted against our Constitution by voting to not accept the 2020 election results! Give me somebody to vote for whom I can be proud of!
