Hello, everyone. I am Oscar González, representing the González Family, and I would like to share my thoughts about my friend, Steven Van Wagoner. Our association spans over a decade, beginning on the soccer pitch where we first met while observing our two eldest daughters playing on the fields of Mount Ogden Park.

Over the years, as our relationship with Steve evolved, and we continued to witness not only our youngest daughters but also numerous other youths engage and flourish as a team, certain aspects of Steve’s character consistently stood out. His unwavering commitment and high energy levels invested in crucial aspects of our youth community remain noteworthy.

Steve exemplifies qualities such as being a devoted family man, a strong leader, and a determined individual. He has proven to be an impactful member of our community, demonstrating genuine concern for the city of Ogden and its future. Steve continually collaborates with others to brainstorm ways to contribute to the community and effect positive changes. His dedication extends to preserving the green spaces of our cities, and ensuring a better environment for our families serves as an example of how Steve will make decisions that are beneficial for Ogden’s future.

For these reasons, among many others, I, along with my family, wholeheartedly endorse Steven Van Wagoner for City Council District 4. Let us come together and support Steven Van Wagoner in making our community a thriving and improved place for all.
