I see where Utah is ranked nationally as the third worse state for drivers in the United States. I can speak only for Ogden and Salt Lake City, but that being the case, I’m sure that is sufficient enough for me to say based on what I see on TV and read about, Utah should have its ranking changed from third to first for the worst drivers in the United States. I base my opinion on the fact that I was a former police officer and investigated many accidents.
