President Donald Trump is constantly boasting about being the greatest president in the history of the United States, having the greatest economy in the history of the United States, etc., etc. If he was given a report card by the American people on his first 100 days in office, his grade would have to be a D (the greatest D, of course). Remember what his sister and niece have said about him. He acts like a 3-year-old who must have his way or he throws a tantrum.
