Letter: Tariff refunds need to benefit consumers
Tariffs raised the prices that consumers paid. Why are the tariff refunds going to the businesses that raised prices so their profits remained intact?
This method of refund was not part of the Supreme Court ruling.
It was made by an Executive Branch that clearly favors business over consumers.
