KAYSVILLE — A chiropractor who practices in Kaysville is behind bars, facing two felony charges of object rape, a first-degree felony.

Kaysville police arrested Kenneth Pierce of Right Now! Chiropractic on Saturday after receiving a report earlier in the day of an alleged sexual assault from a female client who had seen him on Friday. He remained jailed as of Tuesday afternoon, though charges had not yet appeared in online court records.

The client had seen Pierce on Friday for a massage and during the appointment he allegedly sexually assaulted the woman, touching her private area with his fingers, according to Officer Lexi Benson, spokesperson for the Kaysville Police Department. Police interviewed Pierce on Saturday after the woman made the report. “(He) just said it was consensual,” Benson said.

Benson said Pierce was the focus of an earlier sexual assault complaint filed by a woman last May stemming from a July 2020 incident. That matter remains under investigation and, meantime, officials have put out a call to see if there are other alleged victims.

Those with additional information are asked to contact Jennifer Winchester, the police department’s victim advocate. She can be reached at 801-497-7120, 801-546-1131 or jwinchester@kaysville.gov.

Pierce has practiced in Kaysville for five years. Right Now! Chiropractic is located at 150 N. Main St., Suite A, in Kaysville and Pierce is listed in online state business records as director and officer in the business.
