Police seek driver in Weber State campus hit-and-run

Weber State University police want to question the driver of this car after it was reported at the scene of a hit-and-run crash with a bicyclist at 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022. OGDEN — Police are looking for help finding the driver who hit a bicyclist on the Weber State University campus last week and drove away.

At 12:34 p.m. Wednesday, a car hit the cyclist in a crosswalk at 3900 Dixon Parkway, according to a Weber State Police Department release. The car was described as a dark-colored Hyundai Tucson.

There was no word on the extent of injuries suffered by the bicyclist. A Weber State police spokeswoman said Monday that no new information on the case was available.
