Passenger killed in vehicle accident on Harrison Boulevard

A passenger of a vehicle was killed Thursday afternoon in a two-car collision at the intersection of 44th Street and Harrison Boulevard in Ogden.
Ogden City Police said the incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. when — according to preliminary reports — a red passenger car was making a left turn to head west on 44th Street when it was struck by a white truck traveling southbound on Harrison Boulevard.
The passenger — who was not identified by police — was pinned inside the car and although emergency personnel were able to remove them from the vehicle, they later died at the hospital.
The release said that the drivers of both vehicles sustained minor injuries and are reported to be in stable condition.

“At approximately 12:32 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2025, officers with the Ogden City Police Department responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 44th Street and Harrison Boulevard.
“Preliminary information indicates that a red passenger car in the northbound left-turn lane was turning west when it was struck on the passenger side by a white truck traveling southbound through the intersection.
“The passenger in the red vehicle was pinned inside and later extricated by emergency personnel. They were transported to a local hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
“The drivers of both vehicles sustained minor injuries and are reported to be in stable condition.
“The Weber-Morgan Metro Crash Team is conducting a full investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
“No further details will be released at this time.”
