Minor injuries reported in vehicle-pedestrian incident

OGDEN — No major injuries were reported following a vehicle-pedestrian accident on Wednesday morning.
According to Lt. John Cox of the Ogden City Police Department, a report was received around 7:26 a.m. Wednesday of a vehicle-pedestrian accident at the intersection of 30th Street and Harrison Boulevard.
According to Cox, a turning vehicle struck a 15-year-old female pedestrian at low speed after failing to yield. The pedestrian was transported to McKay-Dee Hospital with minor injuries.
The incident remains under investigation and no further information is available at this time.
