2016 Tour of Utah results: Stage 3
PAYSON — Lachlan Morton donned the Race Leader jersey after winning stage three of the Tour of Utah Wednesday.
24-year-old Morton bested Adrien Costa by three seconds to win the 119-mile stage three, which began in Richfield, climbed Mount Nebo and ended with a 22-mile descent into Payson. Morton completed stage three with the time of 4:24:49.
Morton leads Costa by seven seconds overall. Costa, 19, is now first in the Best Young Rider classification and the King of the Mountain.
