Performance review: In last week’s 3A state championship in Tooele, Telford won medalist honors for the tournament with an overall score of 8-under-par 136. Telford shot 8-under 64 in the tournament’s first round, carding an eagle with seven birdies. Morgan High won the team state championship by nine shots over Grantsville.
