Snow wiped out all of Monday’s previously scheduled high school sporting contests, as well as numerous games scheduled for the rest of this week.

BASEBALL

Three Region 1 series — Fremont-Syracuse, Weber-Layton, Clearfield-Farmington — still have two games apiece that were postponed last week and need to be made up. The teams will either try to play those makeup games this week or reschedule them for later.

This week’s previously scheduled three-game series in Region 1 — Fremont-Davis, Clearfield-Syracuse, Layton-Farmington — are in limbo.

This week’s Ogden-Ben Lomond and Roy-Hunter series, which were set to begin Tuesday, have been postponed to yet-to-be-determined dates.

All three Region 5 series scheduled for this week — Bonneville-Viewmont, Northridge-Woods Cross, Box Elder-Bountiful — have been rescheduled for May 8-10.

Both of Morgan High’s games this week have changed locations — but not days. Tuesday’s scheduled home game with St. Joseph will now be at St. Joseph, still at 3:30 p.m. Thursday’s scheduled home game with Ogden is now at Ogden at 5:30 p.m.

This week’s City-County track meet at Ben Lomond High, scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, has been rescheduled for April 10-11.

The Davis District meet at Syracuse High has been moved to Tuesday, March 28 with a 2 p.m. start time.
