Season gets underway in Northern Utah
WASHINGTON TERRACE — Bonneville High boys basketball forced overtime with a 23-point fourth quarter but lost touch in the second period of extra time in an 83-71 home loss to Summit Academy on Tuesday night.
Jackson Call scored 27 points to lead Bonneville (0-1). Cole Monson shot 3 of 3 from distance for 11 points and Davis DeGroot added 10 points.

SPANISH FORK — Anthony Parker and Boston Greenhalgh each scored 16 points but Roy opened its season with a loss at Maple Mountain.
Parker hit four 3-pointers and Greenhalgh added two treys for Roy (0-1). Jesse Jones added eight points and eight rebounds.
