CLEARFIELD — Lyla Christensen and Kamryn Weaver each scored two goals as No. 13 Clearfield shut out No. 20 Taylorsville (6-13) in the 5A first round.

Taylor Simms kept the clean sheet for Clearfield (10-7). Emmery Johnson netted once. Claire Hadley assisted two goals while Eva Santiago and Kyleigh Cate had one assist apiece.
