Olivia Broadbent batted 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI for Fremont (8-10, 4-3 Region 5). Brooklyn Himelright batted 2 for 3 and drove in one. Adelaide Johnsen pitched a complete game with one hit, one earned run, three walks and six strikeouts.

Brynn Nicholls hit a single to drive in Skylar Davis for Clearfield (12-4, 4-3). Addyson Haddock hit a double.

ROY — Roy scored six runs in the fifth inning to take an 11-6 lead in a region win over Northridge.

Izabella Patillo batted 4 for 4 with a double, three RBIs and two runs scored for Roy (5-8, 4-5 Region 5). Isabel Cline went 3 for 4 with a double and drove in three. Megan Johnson hit a two-run double. Cline earned the win with one hit, one unearned run and five strikeouts over 3 2/3 innings of relief.

Tyson Baggett batted 2 for 3 with a solo home run and scored two runs for Davis (10-7, 4-0 Region 1). Mitch Ossmen hit a two-run double. Will Nixon hit two singles and Cam Moody drove in two. Lincoln Green got the win with nine hits, seven earned runs and two strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings.

Jowell Dasni batted 3 for 3 with a home run and three RBIs for Layton (10-5, 3-1). Nik Bielaczyc went 2 for 4 and drove in two. Burkon Beus and Austin Pritchett each had two hits.

CLEARFIELD — Clearfield scored six runs in the sixth inning to turn a 6-3 deficit into a region win over Northridge.

Brody Mower hit what would have been a three-run home run for Clearfield (8-9, 7-3 Region 5), but the second runner did not touch home plate and was called out, robbing Mower of a third RBI. Drew Bremer and Hank Campbell each batted 2 for 4 with a double, and Bremer drove in one. Brady Reynolds drove in two on two singles. Bremer got the win with two hits, one run, one walk and three strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings of relief.

Mick Whitaker batted 2 for 4 with a double for Northridge (5-9, 4-3). Jax Skola batted 3 for 3 with two RBIs. Eli Mitchell and Nixon Brimley each had two hits.
