OUTLOOK
Syracuse retains a lot of what made it tick last year, including a handful of experienced guys along the line of scrimmage. Mulivai Pula and Parker Moffat are especially necessary for senior quarterback Ledger Wight, who rushed for 1,094 yards and 12 touchdowns last year in addition to another 1,785 passing yards, 22 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Lending some of those touches to Kao Prom may help, but Ryker Van Komen will certainly be missed in the backfield. Defensively, Prom returns alongside Kaleb Hall to lead the secondary, and Mitch Tulane’s front line includes enough experience to get after it. Syracuse can be an explosive team when it wants to be, and it’ll need plenty of fireworks to step forward in 2026.
