SYRACUSE — Davis built a 54-38 lead after three quarters and coasted to a region win at Syracuse.

Cameron Brower led Davis (12-5, 3-1 Region 1) with 21 points and three 3-pointers. Bode Sparrow had 19 points and five assists. Dilan Petersen hit four 3-pointers for 12 points. JT Turley added 11 points and Tradon Bessinger led with seven rebounds.

Colton Hoenigman paced Syracuse (10-7, 2-2) with 21 points and seven rebounds. Carter Robinson scored 15 points and Skyler Orton added 12.

FARMINGTON 71, WEBER 64

PLEASANT VIEW — Weber trailed 57-41 after three quarters and couldn’t rally in a home loss to Farmington.

Malakai Tobler, Brycen Rudolph and Jack Layton each scored 19 points for Farmington (11-7, 2-2 Region 1).

Derik Bowden led Weber (7-11, 0-4) with 16 points. Beau Potokar scored 13 points with two 3-pointers and Alec Maynard hit four treys for 12 points.

ROY — Fremont used a 26-2 second quarter to stay unbeaten in region play with a big win at Roy.

Ellie McArthur scored a game-high 18 points with two 3-pointers and three steals for Fremont (15-2, 7-0 Region 5). Brynn Wadman added 13 points and three 3-pointers. Abby Christensen had nine points and seven rebounds.

Jazzi Prieto led Roy (0-17, 0-7) with 11 points and three 3-pointers. Lily Solomona added six points and six rebounds.

TAYLOR — Box Elder outscored West Field 30-24 in the second half for a region win.
