With a Thursday, Sept. 1, kickoff to the 2022 season, Weber State football camp began Wednesday, Aug. 3 in preparations for the 11-game slate facing the Wildcats, who look to return to the playoffs under ninth-year head coach Jay Hill after missing the postseason in 2021, breaking a five-year streak.
