Our senior senator Mike Lee, a thoroughly devout Trumper, insists that he’s “fighting against Joe Biden’s destructive agenda.”

But that “destructive agenda” has just put a cap on the cost of insulin I require, allowed Medicare to negotiate with pharmaceutical companies to lower the cost of drugs for all of us, will finally address the threatening climate change, will spend billions dealing with the mega-drought in our southwest, will force tax avoiding corporations to pay 15% of their profits in taxes, will require higher taxes only on those making more than $400,000/yr, will allow a $7,000 tax incentive for those buying non-polluting electric vehicles… and the list goes on.

Frankly, I’ll take that kind of destruction any day of the week.
