Saluting Service: Ceremony commemorates Layton Hills Mall's second Veterans Appreciation Day
LAYTON — As Veterans Day approaches, the Layton Hills Mall and other community organizations came together Friday to help honor area veterans. On Friday, the mall held its second annual Veterans Appreciation Day which included a ceremony, unveiling of its Veterans Honor Wall and kicking off this year's Trees of Gratitude program. Ahead of the unveiling of the Veterans Honor Wall, Layton City Councilmember Clint Morris addressed the audience.
