Wildfire breaks out near North Ogden; some evacuations ordered
NORTH OGDEN — A large wildfire has broken out on the northeast side of North Ogden. According to a 3 p.m. post on X by Utah Fire Info, the fire — dubbed at that time #NorthOgdenFire — was around 5 acres, 0% contained and threatening around 15-20 structures. The post noted that the fire had been sparked by a vehicle fire, was burning uphill and that multiple firefighting units and aircraft had been dispatched.
