Trader Joe's officially recognizes opening of new store in Riverdale
RIVERDALE — After an announcement from the city and months of resident speculation on social media about the project's status, it's official — Trader Joe's is coming to Riverdale. The new store, which will be located in the former Shopko lot at 4060 S. Riverdale Road, now appears on the Trader Joe's website. Its impending arrival was announced last year by Mayor Braden Mitchell during a livestreamed event.
