WASHINGTON TERRACE — The Washington Terrace City Council unanimously approved a proposal to replace the city’s 2003 Case skid loader with a 2012 model. Because of the low usage and good maintenance of the old machine, Maw Equipment is offering the city a straight trade for the newer model.

The newer model will only be able to lift 1500 pounds instead of the older model’s 2000 pounds, but will be easier to use, easier to maintain and safer.

The even trade is accomplished through the state-contract pricing offered to Washington Terrace by Maw Equipment.
