landscape course to start Wednesday
KAYSVILLE — The USU Botanical Center’s Landscape Design course begins Wednesday with ideas for creating, or re-creating, your home landscape. This five-part series, taught by landscape architect Dale Torgerson, covers the basics of landscape design:how to use and maintain your landscape; how to design your plan; and how to choose the right plants. The last day of class includes individual consultations with course instructors.
Classes are 9 a.m. to noon Wednesdays through May 1, at the USU Botanical Center Greenhouse, 920 S. 50 West, Kaysville.
