SOUTH OGDEN — While the United States of America is celebrating 250 years as a country this month, one local city paused to celebrate a major milestone of its own. On Tuesday, South Ogden City officials planted a tree by the war memorial just to the east of South Ogden City Hall to celebrate the city's 90th birthday.
