The Ogden Raptors welcomed about 1,400 fans to Lindquist Field on Friday night for the latest edition of FanFest to precede the 2023 season.

Kole Story was the lone fan to homer in the fan home run derby, winning him season tickets. He’s a repeat winner, going yard in 2018 as a 14-year-old to win tickets.

The Raptors played the Black Sox, an independent barnstorming team, to a 7-7 tie in the night’s exhibition game. Ogden hit three home runs during the game.

The Raptors will next finalize the 26-man roster ahead of the season opener Tuesday when Ogden hosts Grand Junction at 6:30 p.m. to begin a six-game homestand.
