Four days after launching his NFL career with a 44-yard rushing touchdown the first time he touched the ball as a professional, Rashid Shaheed was at it again with his New Orleans Saints taking on the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football.
The former Weber State star receiver and kick returner scored yet another long touchdown on what was his second career NFL touch on a play from scrimmage.
On the first possession of the game, Shaheed scored on a 53-yard touchdown pass from Andy Dalton, hauling in the long pass at the Arizona 10 and dragging a defender the rest of the way for a score.
Two career plays from scrimmage, 97 total yards, two touchdowns.
Despite having only two touches from scrimmage, Shaheed is the only player in the NFL this season with a rushing touchdown of 30 or more yards and a receiving touchdown of 30 or more yards, according to CBS Sports.
