Weber State will have two of the 16 college counselors in sophomore ArDarius Grayson and freshman Chamberlain Burgess, the camp announced Thursday.

Formula Zero launched in 2022 with a roster of 20 preps and 20 college players, which included Dillon Jones, who met with Lillard in Portland for a multi-day event of coaching, playing and instruction.

Over the years, former and current NBA pros like CJ McCollum, Mikal Bridges, Evan Turner, Anfernee Simons, Matisse Thybulle, and others have helped coach up the prep and college groups. Others, like former NFL player and motivational speaker Trent Shelton, also have spent time at the event.

Burgess and Grayson become the third and fourth Weber State players to participate in Formula Zero; Steven Verplancken Jr. went in 2023.

Formula Zero has been held in Portland and in Phoenix, Arizona; the camp says this year’s event is in Salt Lake City. There will be 16 college counselors and 15 prep players.

Other college players in this year’s event are: Leroy Blyden Jr. (Kansas), Amare Bynum (Ohio State), Bangot Dak (Vaderbilt), Adlan Elamin (Cincinnati), Luke Ertel (Purdue), Jake Hall (New Mexico), Sammy Jackson (VCU), Gavin Placide (Wake Forest), Dillan Shaw (Arizona State), DaKari Spear (Texas Tech), Gavin Sykes (TCU), Aiden Tobiason (Syracuse), Killyan Toure (Iowa State) and Devin Vanterpool (Providence).

Lillard’s camp has brought in several future NBA draft picks over the years. Additionally, the 2025 event included Bruce Branch III in the preps group; he’s now at BYU.
