On the defensive: Ogden City Police Department launches radKIDS program as part of youth outreach effort

OGDEN — The Ogden City Police Department is employing a new program to help engage with the youth of the community and teach them valuable defensive skills at the same time. Last month, the department held its first radKIDS — short for "Resisting Aggression Defensively" — session after bringing the national program to Ogden.
