OGDEN — The November First Friday Art Stroll is set to highlight a new sculpture celebrating the city's history. According to a press release from Ogden City Arts, this week's First Friday Art Stroll — set for Friday from 6-9 p.m. — will feature the unveiling of a new sculpture called "On Solid Ground" across 25th Street from The Monarch.
