OGDEN — Country music’s Chancey Williams, set to rock Ogden Pioneer Stadium on July 18, will break in a new tradition with the first-ever “Bulls, Broncs and Bands” rodeo-and-concert combination featuring Williams and Utah favorite Charley Jenkins.
