Tyler Robinson makes second court appearance remotely; defense asks to delay waiver hearing
Tyler Robinson, 22, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, made his second remote appearance in Provo’s 4th District Court on Monday for a waiver hearing. At the request of his defense team, Robinson participated from the Utah County Jail and was not shown on camera. Defense attorney Kathryn Nestor said the defense does not intend to forgo a preliminary hearing but requested resetting the waiver hearing to a later date to give time to gather discovery material.
