Local, state entities discuss Avalanche Awareness Week and outreach activities

OGDEN — Snow is starting to return to the mountains, and with it, a potentially deadly threat. The first week in December marks Avalanche Awareness Week and entities — both local and statewide — are making sure the public is alert as they make their way into the mountains.
