OGDEN — In what has become a recent trend in the Ogden area, an apartment building that was still under construction caught fire Friday night, prompting a response from multiple agencies. According to Ogden City Fire Chief Mike Slater, fire crews were dispatched to the 100 block of 18th Street just before midnight amid reports of a fire at the three-story apartment building-in-progress located at the site.
