Federal funding cuts, cost of living dominate questions as Democrats end town hall series in Utah
As Utah Republican Rep. Burgess Owens has yet to host a town hall meeting this term, California Democratic Rep. Sara Jacobs traveled to the state to take his place, the last stop of a national series of town halls Democrats organized this year.
