Arrests announced in Labor Day weekend shooting; victim dies of gunshot wounds
WEBER COUNTY — Authorities have announced two arrests in connection with Saturday's shooting that has ultimately claimed a life. Sgt. Paul Babinsky of the Weber County Sheriff's Office said detectives arrested 18-year-old Michael Gaisbaur Jr. of Perry City on Wednesday on the following charges: "Aggravated Murder (1st Degree Felony) Eight Counts of Felony Discharge of a Firearm (3rd Degree Felony) Obstruction of Justice (1st Degree Felony)" Additionally, 19-year-old Mckinzi Sundquist of South Ogden was arrested on a single charge of obstruction of justice.
