UINTAH -- A teenager who was hit by a car while trick-or-treating here has died of his injuries.
Police have confirmed that Jayden Rathbone, 13, died Saturday.
Weber County Sheriff's Lt. Mark Lowther said an investigation into the incident had concluded and no charges were expected to be filed against the 71-year-old driver who hit the boy at 6600 South and 2300 East.
Reports indicate that the street was dark and there were no sidewalks at that location.
Jayden had been at Primary Children's Medical Center following the accident.
