OGDEN — For the Ogden School Foundation, it isn't too early at all to start celebrating 30 years of Fall Author Events. In a press release Wednesday, the foundation announced that author Ann Patchett will keynote the 2026 Fall Author Event fundraiser. "Launched in 1996 with legendary sci-fi author Ray Bradbury as its first speaker, the Fall Author Event has since featured such distinguished guests as Chaim Potok, Ken Burns, Amy Tan, David McCullough, and Sue Monk Kidd," the release said.
