Suspect in slaying of Ogden teenager arrested Saturday
OGDEN — The suspect sought in connection to last week's fatal shooting of a 16-year-old Ben Lomond High School student has been arrested. In a press release, the Ogden City Police Department announced that Isaias Emanuel Carranza was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning.
