Weber County Commission OKs rezone, development agreement for Brook View subdivision
OGDEN — During its weekly meeting Tuesday, the Weber County Commission approved an ordinance and development agreement for the proposed Brook View residential subdivision in western Weber County, following a public hearing. As a result, a 40-acre parcel located at approximately 4083 W. 1400 South will be rezoned from an agricultural A-1 zone to low-density residential R1-15.
